The request is 300 euros per month, to which are added 200 euros of expenses in a fixed amount, including electricity, heating, water, garbage and part of the condominium expenses, for a total of 500 euros per month.
It is possible to stipulate a contract of a few months, up to a maximum of 18 months.

A serious person is required, with an employment contract that has a duration at least equal to the rental contract to be stipulated.
